Houston Civic Arts Association
Houston Civic Arts Association has been around for many many years promoting the Fine Arts in Bellaire and the surrounding communities around Houston. HCAA has given back a lot to our community and serves young and old alike. I credit HCAA for giving me a good start by offering nationally known artist's workshops at an affordable price.
